New for 2026, this award celebrates the incredible teachers, mentors and educators who support you – our teams – and inspire you to be the very best you can be.

Celebrate your Educator

Behind every great STEM Racing team is a teacher who encourages, supports and inspires its members. Who gives up their time, dedicates their energy, and invests their knowledge into ensuring their students are not only capable of realising their dreams but, perhaps most importantly of all, believes they are able to do so.

From the hours spent hosting lunchtime and after-school clubs to the dozens of miles spent travelling to regional and national finals, and the months of perfecting, advising, and refining those cars, portfolios, and presentations, teachers are the very core of our competition - they make it all possible, without asking for thanks, credit, or glory. But they deserve all those things, and more.

So, this year, we want to celebrate our educators - recognise just how amazing they are and shine a spotlight on all they do. That’s why, we’ve introduced the Outstanding Educator of The Year award - and we want to hear from you!

If you think your teacher or education professional has made a real difference to your team and gone above and beyond to get you to where you are today, share their story in 400-500 words.

We want to know:

  • What has the educator done to support your team?

  • How have they inspired or motivated you?

  • What makes their contribution exceptional?

  • What would your team have struggled to achieve without their support?

  • Please share one particular example or moment that demonstrates the difference they have made.

Entries close Friday 25th September 2026. The winner will be announced at the Awards Ceremony during the Aramco STEM Racing World Finals 2026 on Wednesday 7th October.
