Build the Global platform behind sTEM Racing
STEM Racing is inviting tenders to design and build a connected digital ecosystem - global registration, event management and live competition scoring- used across 30+ countries by schools, coordinators, judges and student teams.
Closing Date: August 11th 2026
Opportunity
Create a global platform that will transform the way in which STEM Racing is delivered online and in person.
Scope
A three-platform digital ecosystem that encompasses a global registration, event management and scoring system.
Format
An open tender process, we welcome applications from companies capable of delivering this comprehensive platform.
The Ambition
A global competition with a local touch, STEM Racing operates in 70+ countries across the globe, all led by independent franchisees.
The STEM Racing Digital Ecosystem will create three connected platforms that work together to deliver a seamless experience for participants, coordinators, judges and organisers worldwide.
Platform A: Global Registration
The foundation of the ecosystem and the single source of truth for all participants. It manages school, team, student, judge and volunteer registration, creates a persistent participation record across seasons, and provides secure identity management for the entire programme.
Platform B: Event Management
The operational hub for competition delivery. From season planning and event creation to scheduling, judge allocation, team accreditation and post-event communications, it provides ICCs with the tools to manage every aspect of their competitions efficiently and consistently.
Platform C: Digital Scoring
The competition engine that powers judging and results. It delivers secure, auditable scoring for scrutineering, portfolio and presentation judging, and racing performance, providing real-time results management and a transparent competition experience for all stakeholders.
Together, these three platforms create a fully connected ecosystem that supports the complete STEM Racing journey - from registration and event participation to scoring, results and long-term programme engagement.
